Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to guarantee replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:
- Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Contact us and we will do our best to assist
